Thank you for choosing Best Beauty & Fitness. We appreciate your trust and are committed to
providing you with the highest quality service in a relaxing and professional environment. Please
review our terms, conditions, and policies carefully to ensure the best experience.
Appointments
● Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow
time for check-in and preparation.
● If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule the
appointment. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for the missed
appointment time.
● A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your
appointment. This ensures appointment times are reserved around your availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
● Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
● Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 48 hours’
notice.
● Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Payments
● All services must be paid in full at the time of service.
● Accepted forms of payment include:

○ American Express
● Payment plans are available for classes and packages—please inquire at booking.
Classes & Packages
● Deposits for classes and packages are non-refundable.
● Clients who miss a class or training session without prior notice will not be eligible for a
refund or credit.
● Payment plans are available upon request.
Gift Certificates & Promotions
● Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
● Spa promotions and special offers are only valid during the month they are
advertised and may not be carried over.
● No refunds or exchanges are available on products purchased.
Policies
● We kindly ask that you silence your phone during your appointment to maintain a
relaxing atmosphere.
● Children and guests are not permitted in the service area unless receiving a service.
● Best Beauty & Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not
comply with our policies or behaves in a disruptive manner.
